• Sign up using your business email.
• Add your brand profile, including website and campaign details.
• Add balance to your wallet to start running campaigns.
• Begin creating ad campaigns targeting relevant creators.

Campaign Creation Guidelines

• Define your objective: traffic, awareness, clicks, etc.
• Upload clear ad creatives (image/video) and concise captions.
• Select your category (Fashion, Tech, Food, etc.)
• Set your click-based budget. You’ll only be charged per click.
• Review and publish. Campaigns go live after internal approval.

Wallet & Billing

• Add prepaid balance to your wallet before campaign execution.
• Your wallet will be debited only for valid clicks.
• GST is included in the click rate. Invoices can be downloaded.
• Minimum wallet balance must be maintained to keep campaigns running.

Creative Guidelines

• Ensure all creatives are high quality, brand-safe, and copyright-cleared.

• Do not upload ads with sensitive, banned, or harmful content.

Creators Selection & Targeting

• You may set filters (category, region, follower range) to target specific creators.
• Creators will promote your ads organically on their social media handles.
• You can track top-performing creators in your dashboard.

Campaign Approval Rules

Campaigns will not be approved if:

• The content violates community guidelines.
• The product or service is restricted or illegal (e.g., adult content, weapons).
• Ad creatives contain unverifiable claims or manipulated imagery.
• Incomplete or vague campaign briefs.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not eligible in cases of:

• Dislike of campaign performance after ad approval.
• Budget exhaustion through valid clicks.
• Errors from the brand’s side in targeting or creative uploads.
• Late cancellation after the campaign goes live.
• Campaign being paused due to policy violation.

Modifying Live Campaigns

• You can pause or edit campaigns in your dashboard.
• Significant changes may require re-approval.
• Paused campaigns will not deduct wallet balance until resumed.

Compliance & Legal Responsibility

• Brands are responsible for ensuring ads meet advertising standards.
• All promotions must comply with consumer protection and digital advertising laws.
• Popbrain reserves the right to suspend any campaign or account in case of breach.

• Use catchy but honest creatives.
• Refresh campaigns with new angles or creatives weekly.
• Study click trends and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Highlight product USPs and real benefits.

Platform Conduct

• Maintain professional communication with the Popbrain team.
• Avoid misleading claims, exaggerated ROI promises, or pressurizing creators.
• Ensure product/service fulfilment on your end (especially for direct sale campaigns).
