Child Safety Standards

Zero Tolerance Policy

Popbrain has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

• Grooming, inappropriate conversations, or contact with minors
• Sharing or promoting sexually explicit content involving minors

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

E-commerce Integrations (Shopify & WooCommerce) — Storefront Customer Data

When a merchant installs a Popbrain integration — our Shopify app (Popbrain Pixel) or our WooCommerce plugin (Popbrain for WooCommerce) — on their store, our pixel collects behavioral event data from the store's visitors and customers, including page views, product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout events, and completed purchases. For each event we may process the event type, timestamp, page URL, order value and currency, an advertising click identifier (clickId), and the store domain.

We process this storefront customer data solely to provide conversion tracking, advertising attribution, and campaign optimization to the merchant through their Popbrain account. We do not sell this data or use it for any unrelated purpose.

On Shopify, our pixel runs within Shopify's sandboxed Web Pixel environment and respects the merchant's customer-privacy and consent settings; where a visitor has not granted the required consent, tracking does not occur. On WooCommerce, tracking is enabled by the merchant and is subject to the merchant's own privacy and consent configuration.

This event data is encrypted in transit and at rest, retained only as long as needed to provide the service, and deleted on request. Customers may exercise their data rights by contacting the merchant or Popbrain at [email protected].

Third-Party Tools and Links

Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, Instagram). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before engaging with such services.
