Payment Policy

Wallet-Based Payment System

Popbrain operates on a prepaid wallet model. Brands are required to add funds to their Popbrain wallet before launching or running any campaign. Charges are deducted per valid click as and when they occur.

• Key Points:
• Brands must top up their wallet using supported payment modes: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.
• Campaigns will begin only once sufficient balance is available.
• Wallet deductions happen in real time, based on creator-generated valid clicks.
• Ad delivery automatically pauses if the wallet balance is insufficient or exhausted.
• Unused wallet balance will remain in the brand account for future use, unless withdrawn or refunded under qualifying conditions.

Billing & Invoicing

• Each successful top-up will generate a tax invoice, available under your “Payments” tab.
• All charges are exclusive of GST, which will be added as per applicable laws.
• Your dashboard will reflect:
• Wallet balance
• Campaign-wise spend
• Click-wise deductions
• Invoice history

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Popbrain maintains a no-refund policy for campaigns once the ad has started running or the budget has been consumed, as creators are paid per click delivery.

• Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
• Platform Error (e.g., duplicate charges, billing malfunction)
• Uninitiated Campaign (i.e., no creator engagement or delivery started)

• To request a refund:
• Submit a written request to [email protected] within 7 business days of the issue
• Attach necessary proof (e.g., screenshot of duplicate charges or campaign non-delivery)

• Refunds are not eligible in cases of:
• Performance dissatisfaction
• Campaign paused or stopped by the brand after launch
• Incomplete or inaccurate targeting inputs provided by the brand
• Creators content removed due to platform or community guideline violations

Pricing & Rate Changes

Popbrain reserves the right to modify click pricing or wallet recharge thresholds based on market demand, campaign volume, or platform updates.

All pricing changes will be notified in advance via email or in-dashboard alerts.

Termination of Access

Popbrain may suspend or permanently disable your advertiser account in the event of:

• Non-payment or payment fraud
• Violation of campaign guidelines or legal requirements
• Use of deceptive or prohibited content in campaigns
• Platform misuse or suspected bot traffic manipulation
